No. Our goal is for property owners to remain in control of their rental income and property funds. We manage the property—not your money—using a transparent system that keeps you informed every step of the way.

Owners are responsible for property expenses, vendor invoices, and approved repairs. Whitner Realty coordinates the process and communicates with the owner.
What areas do you manage?
We are focusing on properties within approximately 30 minutes of Uptown Charlotte so we can provide quality service and personal attention.
Can I switch from another property management company?
Yes. We can discuss your current situation, review timing, and help outline the steps needed to transition management.
Do you offer tenant placement only?
Yes. In some cases, we may offer leasing and tenant placement services even if full management is not needed.
